Redfish on the Half Shell!!!
Cut into serving sizes, Grill the redfish meat side down with a little olive oil on it for 10 minutes to get the Grill Marks on the Meat
The Grill Marks!!! Then Flip over Scales side Down and add Paul Newman's Light Italian Dressing. Cook Another 15 minutes or so depending on size of the Redfish. Sprinkle Grated Parmesan Cheese and Cook Until its Melted then Enjoy!!!
